    Moving out of state with child
    My ex girlfriend is moving from FL to TX with our daughter. I pay child support. What can I do to stop her from taking my daughter away from me.

    Do you have a court ordered custody plan ? Court ordered visitation ? Is there any court ordered provision about her moving ?

    But basically you file in family court to order her not to move, and if she does, order her to either move back or turn the child over to you.

    No, nothing is court odered except for child support.
