    What are the steps to child abandonment in Ohio & what's the number?

    You are asking for the number. Are you asking about Child Protective Services? Otherwise each County has its own Family Court.

    Please read the sticky that Judy linked to. Then post an Answer to this thread explaining what you really want. Because abandonment is a means to an end, not the end itself.

    And you as the child can't do anything, it is up to the custodial parent to take him back to court to change custody agreements

    Is this your dad or the father of your child? But, again, abandonment may be the means, not the end. You have to give us more details about what you want.
