    Want my face to look fat
    I am 15 years old with 43 kg of weight I am slim that is OK but I just wanted my face to look fat and cute

    I don't think there is anyway of gaining weight in your face. Even some people that gain a lot of weight won't have a more plump face. Be happy with your genes, you probably have a face that others would envy.
