    Where's the leak?
What would cause only the bottom part of a wall to be wet. I thought it might be from the stone front on the house cause there were cracks in the grout between the stones, so I covered the window and the lower part of the stone with sheet plastic. Well, that didn't help. It is getting worse with more rain.

Gmir, this is not much info to go on. The pictures help, could you post some from the outside? How high up the wall did you hang the plastic? To the top of the window? I would suspect bad chaulking around the window as the leak source.
