    If a judge wants can they give you a second chance if you have violated probation?
    On probation for drugs but have a conditonally discharge

    Your judge can do literally anything they see fit when it comes to a VOP hearing. Hope for the best and have a good lawyer with you at your hearing.

I got caught shoplifting at the grocery store. I know it is a misdemeanor. What do you think will happen when I go to court? I have 2 felony convictions with stays of impositions, and a prior misdemeanor. I have been law abiding for over 2 years now, until today.:confused:
