    What is the proper way to request the first month rent on paper
    My son and family has been living in my apartment for two months He finally got a job and its now time to pay the rent. We are going to enviction court soon. I plan to cancel the envicton, but I have a strange feeling that he will not make good on the rent. Should I compose a document tell what I expect on the 1st on next month in writing before we go to court?

    You if already at the point to go to court have already gave him paper work to pay or move. I may call him the day before payday and ask him directly, are you going to pay or do we do the eviction ?
