    Kenmore dryer
    I have a simple question--I know that my dryer relay on my kemore dryer is bad--however I have no idea where it is? Model number 11060932990--part 2 this is the second time in 2 years that is has gone bad any reason why? My dryer vents to the outside about 3-4 feet--new construction home?

    Some Kenmore dryers do not have a reset button if they overheat. You need to call a Sears Home Repair person if the unit overheated. Doesn't sound too customer friendly but that is how Sears builds some of their units. They fource you to use their services. In all honesty, if you don't know where to find the rlay you may not be up to doing such repairs.

I'm working on my mothr in laws 10 yr old kenmore dryer that runs, but the heat element does not get hot. I have taken the element out found no breaks in it, it ohms good. I have 110 volts on both wires to the element. What am I missing ?
