Little to no water when bathtub faucet is turned on
I have this problem about every three to four months and maintenance comes to fix it. But I am tired of calling them and waiting when it takes them 10 minutes to fix my problem.

Basically over time, I lose pressure in my water faucet/shower head and eventually to where hot water only trickles out. I have a single control for hot/cold water. I have attempted to open it up. When I take off the cap, there is a white plastic piece that turns on and off the water. I noticed that if you press it down, water gushes out so I am assuming I need to make an adjustment.

Inside there are two screws: One at about 7 o'clock and one at about 2 o'clock. Hopefully this is enough information to help me out.
