We can't know if anything is wrong with you or not.. maybe your suspicions are based on reality and maybe not. But relationships MUST have trust or they fail. In other words, unless proof that he is dating other women smacks you right in the face, you can't assume that just because he isn't all romantic and loving anymore, that means he is wandering. You yourself need a network of friends both male and female, and if he has them on Facebook or whatever, so should you. Not as revenge but as something you need anyway.
The number one solution to feeling unloved and getting suspicious is to have FRIENDS to talk to, do things with, share interests and events that your husband doesn't want to do, and keep you from being isolated with just him. You can also join groups or classes that you like, without him. You don't have to make him jealous or tease him, you will just be more interesting yourself.
And lastly - if for any reason your marriage fails or he dies, you need that wider life and those friends to be there for you.
