Will you pass, assuming you have a prescription for the drug merely notify them, if you are using them illegally, of course you will not pass

Standard elimination time for Hydrocodone is in the vicinity of 3 days (ave.) but it could be as little as 8 hours.

Concentra does a lot of employment testing and if this is a standard drug screen it quite possible that the Vicodin won't be detected. The basic panels use a cutoff of 2000 for opioids which is too high to detect the semi-synthetics. It could come down to the type of test used.
