If a mobile home is repossessed in Arizona, does the bank have to have a court order
I live in a Mobile Home in Arizona. I've paid the Lot Rent on the Home, however I'm behind on the Mortgage.
I've received a Notice of Default and the Bank tells me that I'm to be evicted on Monday.
Do I get notified by the Court or can they just come change the locks?

First it is not a mortgage, it is a loan, a mobile home has a title ( like a car) not a deed. And are in some locations repo'ed not evicted. The same as repo a car.

You have to be notified of the repo ( forclosure) but you don't have the same protection as you do with a house or even a rental of a mobile home.

They can, actually hook up a truck to it, have the power and pipes disconnected and drive away with it. Or actually pad lock it to take ownership. ** They will have to allow you ability to get your personal items out of it.

But yes, they may just change the locks, or actually just drive away with it.
