    Is This Normal?
    So my friend is on a continuous birth control regimin for her periods. (She has a period every three months).
    The other day after taking a bath, she had some slight spotting. Could this be her vagina clearing itself out?

    The vagina doesn't "clear itself out" in the sense you mean. But slight spotting is usually nothing to worry about.
