    You figure out the amount of materials needed... you figure out how long it should take, and how many guys it will need. And add your Labor, overhead costs and a bit extra for profit. How much that might be depends on how much competition you have.

    What those amount to depends on where your are (labor varies significantly by location), how fast you are and how big the job is.
