I seem to be having the same problem as this person,
https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/advice/t-219405.html, but the guide provided in the help link seems to no longer exist. My ac is set for cold but when it turns on it blows heat, I have the honey well rth2310. I tryied to find something on the honeywell sight but no dice.

Hi

When you turn your system switch to cool fan to auto
Do you see a snowflake icon
If yes,do you feel the sir from the vents
If you feel air but its not cool
Check if your compressor is running outside
If your compressor is running and still you don't feel cool air
That means you need to get the system checked
