    Start up connection
    Some days when I turn on the computer I get the message that there is a problem getting connected and the report an error message comes up. I click on send error and once this is done the connection is made. This happens often and is very frustrating. Why does this happen and what can I do about it?

    Have you spoken to Verizon tech support? What program is causing the Error (it should indicate in the error dialog)?
