If the father is remarried and his new wife wishes to adopt. Then you can give up your rights to allow adoption.

You can not give up your rights just so you don't have to pay support, There would not be jails full of dead beat parents who won't pay support if it was that easy

Hello! Welcome to the title "Dead-beat parent"!

You don't get to give away your kids like a puppy and not support them anymore just because you don't get to see them. Even if you COULD give up your parental rights--parental rights are in no way related to parental obligations, which is what you call child support. So--giving up your rights does NOTHING except make sure that you can NEVER fight to see your children. It most certainly does NOT get you out of child support.

You want to see your kids, then go to court and fight to do so.

But don't stop supporting your kids and expect the taxpayers to pick up the cost. YOU had sex, YOU had babies, YOU get to pay for that.

Welcome to being a grown up and taking responsibility for your actions.
