    100 amp service
    Inside panel is 100amp outside meter can is older type; where small plate on bottom held on by to screws I am assuming meter is 4 spades 2 top 2 bottom where meter adapter isn't used

    Are you trying to rate the meter to the amperage? If you are, that's a waste of time.
