    Hydrocodone in urine?
    I took a 2lortab10 on Wednesday 3 an vomited 15minutes later,can ipass a drug screen Sunday at 8a.m

    You know if it is or isn't in your urine doesn't matter if you have a prescription and doctors order to be taking it. You present that before the test.

    No way to assess result of vomiting, however hydrocodone has an elimination time of about 3-4 days.
