Possible, but usually a positive would have been picked up by now. It could be you are just going to be late, or maybe even skip this month. It's possible the tests just aren't picking it up yet.

Wait another week and see what happens. Test again at that time if still no period. If it is still negative, you could either see your doctor or just wait until next month and see if your period shows.
