Selling property on land contract, women buying died, son took over and is not paying
A woman was buying property off me by making monthly payments. She was killed in a car accident. Told her son I would like the property back and he said no he wanted it and made a few payments which are due the 10th of every month. As of today May 6th he hasn't paid April's land payment. Can I get the land back?

Where? Who prepared the land contract? What does the contract say happens if the buyer defaults?

The buyer wrote it and I signed it. We are in Ohio. And the contract doesn't say anything about defaults, just that the payment in due on the 10th of the month. Stupid I know. A in law deal. Live and learn.
