    Payne PY3P. Hardware failure?
I have a payne PY3P dual pack unit. I have power from service panel all the way into the unit. Led code indicator is off. Sticker calls this a "Hardware Failure" Unit will not power up, no fan, no heat, no ac, no sounds at all when attempting to activate. Is this error code referring to the main board?

Never mind, after stressing for an hour I found Im actually only getting 110v to my service disconnect on back of ac. 240v out of brand new breaker. One dead line somewhere from service panel breaker to service disconnect. Ha now for the fun stuff. Running new wire!
