    If You Work Out Would Your Breast Get Smaller?
    OK I'm karu and I'm 13 and I know that a lot of you breast is made of fat and I have found some people say that your breast would get smaller when you work out but some people say that your breast would get bigger!
    So does the fat in your breast turn into muscle and that's what makes them bigger or would they actually get smaller and I was reading something off topic?

    Your muscles will tone and help develop, your other posts state you bind your breasts which is very dangerous.
    At 13, sorry but even if they appear large now, girls mature at different speeds and you need to learn not to be ashamed of yourself and your body
