How can I stop my husband desert to the other country because we have 4 kids and we mariaged but I'm staying with the kids in American Samoa and my husband stay with the woman without marriage in Samoa, he try to go to Australia with that woman... so what can I do to help my family?

I want to move to my family but the member of my husband want me to stay with the kids in their family but my husband not care about me and our kids, so what can I do?

There's really not much you can do to make him stay. If he wants to leave, he can leave. He will, however, have to support his children. He's their father, he can't just decide not to support them. But, he doesn't have to stay just because of the kids.

I'd talk to a good lawyer and find out what your rights are.

Appears that he doesn't want you to leave because he doesn't want the responsibility of caring for his children. You can seek a divorce if that an option in your religion. Otherwise, stick it out and do the best you can if you want security for you and your children in an environment that is less then hospitable for you.
