Dizzy Spells in Third Trimester of Pregnancy
I've been having terrible dizzy spells. They are not the typical ones I had with my first pregnancy. I have them more frequently and more severe. Whenever I try to either clean, cook or just walk I get so dizzy I feel like Im going too blackout. I have anemia but Im on a Iron supplement that I regularly take twice a day. I drink plenty of water and this happens even if I do not skip meals. When I sit down I feel better but my head still feels different. Im afraid too tell my OBGYN for fear that she will think Im stupid. What should I do?

Valentine, I don't think your oby will think your symptoms are stupid. Did you have a problem with your blood pressure the first time around ?

You had better go see her just to be on the safe side and report everything !
