    How
Hello, My fiance' had a miscarrige on March 21, 2011, and the hospital told us that it was because of low hormone levels. She is still having some depression and coping issues. However,I have a few questions so that I can understand why these things happened? How can low hormones effect pregnancy? Why can they cause a miscarrige? How do low hormone levels effect a woman's everyday functions?

This site is a start: Female hormones

This is also a very good site which specifically addresses hormones/miscarriage: Causes

I'm sure she is grieving, sad, her body is still adjusting. She's lost her child.

Did her Physician talk to you (or the two of you) at all, explain things, make suggestions, offer support?
