    Theft by check 50> 250<
If I plead "no contest" and was put on a 180 day probation in 2003 for a theft by check. Will this show up on a FBI fingerprint check? I had to go to court about this and the check was written in 2000 and a warrant was out there for 3yrs before I was pull over for running a traffic light and that when I found out about the warrant.

    Moved to legal section

What or was there a plea agreement ?

Non contest normally only means that they can not use this plea in civil proceedings. But you are accepting responisibility.

So unless the plea was part of a first offender program, yes it will show up in a criminal background check
