Cracks behind and in ears
I have cracks behind ears that don't seem to heal and at times they get wet, dry out and I get crust which isn't easy to clean out. Thought it was shampoo or soap but even when I'm not using any I still have the problem. I don't have dandruf anymore but my scalp bit itchy and also has bit of crust at times. Any help would be appreciated. Also, what type of steroids for eczema can I get over the counter in south africa. Thank you!
