sweating vinyl floor over cement floor
I have vinyl tile over cement floor and it seems to be sweating in certain areas and damp. No puddles but moisure is there, it can be wiped up. Here in Maryland we've had temp. shift of 30 to 40 degrees and sudden humidity. Just wondering if the cement is still too cold with sudden heat/humidity. Not all areas just mostly around perimitor of room about 1 or 2 feet from exterior walls. No obvious leaks,outside/inside, no water pipes. I think it's a monolith poured cement floor, 18x22 room, wallboard inside/sided outside
    Thanks

You need to increase ventilation inthis room. The cement floor and earth below it are relatively cold compared to the recent warmer weather. The air is hitting its dew point when it tocuhes the floor. Only solution is to heat the floor (waste) or move the air and use a dehumidifier. It will go away on its own in a few weeks
