I had placenta previa the last time I was pregnant it was 2yrs ago I had to have an emergancy c section he was 5wks early but healthy as ever and doing great I just want to know is it safe for me to get pregnant again

Ask your doctor, but barring complication you didn't mention, I can't see a problem. Generally two years between pregnancies, even sections, is plenty.

And don't worry, the odds are that this pregnancy will be normal.

I'd have to agree with Eileen. Ask your doctor, but because they know you had this problem the first time they can keep a better eye on it and possibly prevent or look for it so it doesn't become a problem. But, unless it's a problem with the shape of your uterus, it shouldn't be a problem again. That is the position of the placenta and all kinds of factors in that specific pregnancy could have affected that.
