    Does she like me?
    OK so last year we talked and hung out and I had a crush on her so I asked her out and she said no but this year, she sits next to me, draws all over my stuff, she came up with a pet name for me, we hang out and talk a lot, and one way or another she is always touching me

    I will definetely confront her and ask her do you like me or not. Don't put too much thinking towards it and just do it, what's the worse that can happen she can say no again.

    Well the same kind of thing happened to me. She probably was taken by surprised when u asked her. If what you said in the description was true, then she probably does like you. You did the right thing showing her that you like her because as you can tell, it is paying off.
