    Disastrous hair colour/dye
    Please help!

    Coloured my hair yesterday morning, turned out RED and PINK.. (My hair was previously bleached about 3 months ago. I went to the hair dresser (not my regular) and they put dark brown to cover the red/pink. I hate it! I have not been this dark in years and cannot go outside... I feel so bad for being so vain... but please help.

    I want to be lighter.. what can I do?

    I have been dying my hair for years now.
    And from experience once you die your hair a wild color like pink or red as you said its very hard to die your hair a light color again.
    I died my hair a aburn red and once roots started showing decided to go a dark brown to take out the red... It worked but didn't take all of the red out, so a month after died my hair a lighter brown it took all the red out you have to take it step by step one hair dye isn't going to make it lighter try this and I promise you it will work
