    Can I violate probation for having 18% delution of water in my urine but not drugs?
    If they find drugs in my drug test, will they arrest me right away or wait till I see my probation officer to arrest.

    I've seen it go both ways - depends on who does the testing.

    And, yes, if it is determined that you attempted to "throw" the test, you can be arrested.
