My ex husband had a felony warrant and finally turned himself in they kept him in jail for public safety until court he has 2 or 3dui violation of probation for dui and a accident driving on suspended license that's where one of dui is from what is the least amount of jail time and the most amount he will get in Michigan

Depends on his past history. He can get the original sentence if he had not received probation PLUS extra time for each violation.
