Insurance co. (State Farm) refuses to pay out for whip lash injuries. What do I do?
Received the injuries two years ago. Spent 3 months with a therapist but didn't do me any good. Now have lost mosiblity in neck and it feels like I have an electrical current running up and down my neck and shoulder. The Insurance co. first tried to deny that they never got any Settlement request letter and that my two years to file were up. I informed them that the letter was registered mail and that I had proof that they received the letter one day before my two year limitation was up. They then admitted that they did have my letter but had no intention of paying for the injuries. What can I do?

You need to do what you should have done two years ago, sue the person who hit you that is insured by state farm.
If you win in court they will be required to pay.
They are not required to settle.
