    Liquid nails is a brand name, they actually make a great many different adhesives for different types of projects. You can use a landscape block adhesive like Landscape Block, Stone & Timber Adhesive (low-VOC) (LN-905) - LIQUID NAILS Adhesive reread your post, think you got some typos to correct. Maybe a few more details would help. These are foundation blocks for what exactly

    If this is for a habitable building, I doubt that it would be approved. We use the Landscape block adhesive for adhering stone walls that are also pinned, putting stone back as a veneer but not for load bearing applications. What are you attempting to do?
