    I am currently late for my period, just missed my second period in a row. Is it possible to still get a negative urine hpt? Im very confused and wondering if the tests aren't picking up my HCG in my urine.

    Possible, but it wouldn't be the norm. You could give it another week, in case it is just off, and try another test... making sure you follow the directions exactly. Or, since you likely have missed two periods in a row, it would be time to see your doctor and have a blood test done.
