    Me and my boyfriend broke up we have a child together and he own the home I live in
    Having a bad break up we use to live together in a home he own with our child what are my right if he try s to throw me out, he move out and I don't know where he is resideding and want to visit and take my son when ever he want without tell me what he doing with him

    Your child has a right to child support, through the court if you have to. And he has a right to visitations, again through the courts.

    Where do you live?
    Laws about the ability to evict you vary by location, as do other legal matters.
    And you need to file in family court regarding who will have custody and what visitation rights will be.
