    Conditional green card got divorced. Can I stay there till it expires?
    I am a conditional green card holder by marriage in good faith, I stayed in us 5 months and then I went to my country for one month and my husband divorced me and he said I can't go back, can I enter us again with my vaild contionalgreen card after divorce? And can I stay in us till it expires?

    Yes, you are a permanent resident and can enter the US with your conditional resident card. You will need to file the I-751 as soon as possible, and prove up the bona fides of your marriage. After you are approved, you will get a card valid for 10 years. You will need to be a PR for a total of 4 years, 9 months to qualify to apply for citizenship.
