    Can I change my children's last name
    I was wondering I live in pittsburgh pa and I was wondering if I am able to change my children's last name without his consent??

    No you can not, ** if he will not, you can try to take him to court and get a judge to order it, but I doubt if you would find a judge to rule for it, unless there is some proven need for it
