    We havea rca model hd61w66 that the picture screen is messing up...
    The screen still coming up but it does a half moon that goes dark the picture is still coming up through center kind of blury...

    Older CRT TVs are not worth fixing unless covered by a warranty. You could have a tech come out, but it will run you about $150 just to diagnose what is wrong with the set. It goes up from there, and if it is a failing CRT (which is quite possible) all three guns should be replaced.
