Hi, I would like to seek advice on how to make our company profile more credible and attractive to prospective clients. We are in the business of providing human resource to big companies such as janitorial, messengerial and even labor force such as porters, drivers and others. In the Philippines we are more on contractual basis-meaning an employee has only six months to work upon expiration of the contract it is subject to renewal. It is in this sense that we would like to assure our clients of a trustworhty company that will provide them with competent and hassle free workers.

For attractive: a glossy brochure with pictures of neat smiling workers.
For credible: facts. Bonded, references (with permission) from pleased clients, and a rate structure, with any other terms, all succinctly spelled out. List format works the best, for fast reading.
They don't want to have to read a long letter about how wonderful you are, or how much they will like you. They will decide in the first 30 seconds whether to keep your info.
