    Married filing jointly-spouse never been to US
    I am working in US on h1b visa. I got married in 2010. Can I file my return as married filing jointly if my spouse has never been to US? Please advise. Thanks.

    Yes. Both must report worldwide income for the year. Also attach W-7 (ITIN application) for your spouse with the tax return.
