    Child support
    Will they take my husbands income to consideration if I don't work and can't find a job for a step child and we have no children together but I have one from a previous relationship

    No. Your income is not used in calculation the child support amount your husband is to pay for support of your stepchild.

    I actually think that this is her child and the husbands step-child. Either way, the answer is no... only the parent's income is considered, not the step-parent.
