    How old are you? You sound very young, and it sounds like he never even know how you felt in the first place. Relationships are a lot of work. Sit down with paper and pencil and write down 10 short things you want to say to him, and memorize them, and use them one at a time. Start with the most casual ones, about school or music or clothes and to make it easy, ask HIM what HE likes.

    If your best friend is going out with him, then you should give them space. It may turn out bad if you say your feelings, then your friend would feel betrayed. Did your friend know you liked him before going out with him?
