    Fairytale movie- live action and animation
    I can't remember much about this movie except that there was a garden, a rose garden I believe and a little girl. The rose came to life and became a fairy or a princess or comething and then the movie became animation. I remember the girl crying on the flower petal and that's what brought the fairy to life. Flower Petal sound familiar? Please help. It would be a movie from the 80's.
