    Salary pay
    I work for a apt complex I am in salary every other week I have to be in on call the boss tell me that because I am in salary I don't no get pay over time

    Yes that is what salary is, you work a unknown amount of time, for a set pay.

    There are rules as for as the min it can be, Currently you have to be paid at least 455 dollars a week, for you to be considered extempt from over time.
