    My son is incarcerated he is applying for parole but both his parents have records
    Please Help ! My son is incarcerated in lindsay ontario he is applying for parole The probation officer that is writing a report on my son asked all kinds of questions what we are scared about is that both parents have records do you think they will deny him parole because of us ?

    Hello m:

    If his parole plans include living with you, it could. In the US, he would NOT be able to associate with known felons.
