    Child support in California
    So I just got married and I have 1 child from a previous marriage and receive 0 dollars in child support and my husband has one child from a previous marriage we are going to do the responsible thing and determine how much child support he needs to pay however my question is do they determine child support amount based on my income and his , even though I don't receive any money from my ex?. thanks

    They will base it on his income.
