I try to post this last night but I don't know if it work... I need help from someone who has does this before.. I been with my boyfriend for 3 year and we have 10 month daughter together.. we have been engaged for 4 months.. he been in jail for a month now.. not going to say why.. but it doesn't look like he will be out anytime soon.. we had planned to get married the 28 of this month.. we have talk about if we wanted to wait till he is out to get married but we both agree we don't want to wait.. so my question is who would we have to talk to in the jail about us getting married and how long does it take to get everything set up?

They jail may not allow it, but you would need to talk to

1. Chief Jailer
2. Sheriff
3. First Deputy ( in charge of jail)
Or many jails have a jail administor.

Also many have a Chaplain who may be the one to do the service.

If he is heading for a state Prison, most will allow a wedding to do be done during normal visitation times or a specail visit for it.
