A child show from the late 80's - mid 90's
On this show the main character was a girl with red longer curly hair. The thing that sticks out the most for some reason is her lips I think she wore bright red or pink lip stick??
I want to say she wore a shiny dress with weird tights, & big shoes?? |

When I was little I remember watching a movie about a bear (I think) finding a egg, brought it home and the egghatched,and turned into a dragon.
